Factory Audit

Developing a Prototype
When requested, a sample or prototype will be provided to make sure that the design meets reality. Samples are also a great way for clients to view their actual product and inspect certain features that might not be possible by design files only.
Production & Quality Assurance
Upon approval of the sample or prototype, production will begin immediately. On a regular basis, we perform on-site product inspections and provide weekly reporting on the progress of the project, putting you in control. Corrective actions for improvement will be suggested along with the actual status of non-conformance.
Shipping & Best-Fit Incoterms
At WeLabel, we always recommend having safe and insured shipping whether it is air or ocean freight. Arrangements for pick-up and delivery will be made with the freight forwarder. Customs documentation, including HS codes, shipping documents, and certificates, will be handled by us through mail. Our team monitors tracking information, customs clearance, and schedules delivery to your desired location while taking into consideration the chosen incoterms once the pickup is completed.
Our well-trained inspectors will proceed with the sampling process by choosing boxes at random to ensure packages contain the right quantity of products ordered and that the quality matches the specifications approved. In order to ensure that all products purchased make it onto the truck, the entire container loading process is strictly monitored.
